Rubie-Ann Kohn is a Wisconsin-based, multi-disciplinary painter, illustrator, and animation enthusiast. I am a recent graduate of University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art. My studio work is inspired by the symbiotic relationship between mankind and the water as well as other aquatic environments through various mediums including oil and acrylic paints, wool, beads, dyes, and digital design.

I enjoys serving my community through public art commissions such as the 2023 ‘Pumped Up for Summer’ Canoe mural funded by Portage Chamber of Commerce, illustrating children’s books for wisconsin-based authors, as well as volunteering as a yearly guest arts lecturer at her alum high school, Portage High. I am constantly looking forward to more opportunities to serve others while growing her personal work and brand, with future plans to return to school for a MFA in visual art or art education.
